Hounslow Council are my freeholder and just had their Service charge bill for the Buildings Insurance

I decided to take a look at what I paid 2013/2014 and 2012/2013 and astounded to find the cost has more than doubled since last year. How can this be?!!

So this bill (cover provided by Zurich) for 2015/2016 is £386.46.
2013/2014 it was £175.05.
2012/2013 it was 111.71.

If anyone can offer any thoughts or if you are a fellow leaseholder under Hounslow feel free to PM me. Have already addressed concern with council and apparently a letter is going out...
