| Delighted with our John Lewis supplied AEG. Like all machines though it 'reacts' if you only put one large item into it as the 'strain' detector kicks in if the item pushes over to one side of the drum. The detectors prevent strain on the bearings from a seriously unbalanced load. I called AEG who were exceptionally helpful and simply told me to 'put more items in' until the load could distribute itself around the drum. |
