I agree Dan. I was not suggesting that the town centre manager would in any way be able to turn around the profitability of a failing company, but with a job of her nature, she must surely take an interest commensurate with her job title and her capabilities in this area. Does she not look at businesses that fail, or are in the process of failing, and try and do something about the overall situation as to the reason, and collate all the relevant information to put before potential businesses setting up where others have failed? If not, what exactly is she doing for Chiswick on a day-to-day basis? |
