What the heck is "authentic" (or not) about ice cream? It either tastes lovely or doesn't. I don't really care whether it has been hand whipped by an Italian beauty or in a huge machine. Blinkin 'gelato'; it's like being asked to order a "grande" coffee vs. a big (or whatever size 'grande' means) one. |
