"At the moment the task bar still has the IE icon showing, even though it opens the right website but.................is there any way to change it to icon to the website's own?" Go to websiteaddress/favicon.ico, which should display the icon for that website. (If it doesn't, try another browser.) Right-click the icon and save the image as something.ico , the name and location are up to you. Then right-click the IE icon on the taskbar, click Properties then Change Icon, which allows you to browse to your chosen icon file and select it. |
