I seem to remember hearing someone say that if you're a retired person, the council will collect large items without charge, if you can't get to a dump. In my case this is an unwanted fridge - no, I can't get the company it originally came from to take it away. Anyone else heard this or am I mistaken. I did look on the council website but there doesn't seem to be any information |
