| Some companies are paranoid about litigation if 'Joe Bloggs the customer' touches anything electrical. If it is one of the little halogen capsules, tell hubby to wear a latex glove when changing it (or at least avoid touching the glass) as the natural oils from your fingers will shorten the life of the capsule. |
