"..the litter was caused by black bin liners being left outside shops/restaurants and/or houses on Fauconberg parade.." Has this area been issued with wheelie bins ? After all the fuss about their introduction, IMHO their use has greatly reduced the amount of litter that was caused by torn bin bags left outside overnight. Or is it that residents and businesses there do not have anywhere to store the wheelies so they have not been issued ? |
