| No surprise to long standing residents. At one stage, Amazon and others wouldn't even deliver CDs to W4 addresses, as so many of them went missing. I feel there's a deep-seated problem there, just like there used to be at 'Thiefrow', where the baggage handlers felt free to help themselves to any item they desired. |
