| From the Richmond & Twickenham Times: "The A316 could be closed for up to eight hours on Rugby World Cup match days to provide extra space for park and ride buses. The plans propose shutting the road between Hospital Bridge Rd. and London Rd. Twickenham roundabouts from three hours prior to the match and two hours after the whistle. Richmond Council revealed this in planning application papers relating to hospitality suites in Twickenham Stadium's car park during the tournament. No vehicle will be able to access Curries roundabout without a specially provided residents permit. A series of briefings for residents and businesses have been organised with representatives from the council, the RFU England 2015, TfL and Richmond police."
