| My midwife told me not to bother with NCT and try hypnobirthing instead. I saw Sarah Bradley in Bedford park. Wouldnt say i had a painless birth but it was definitely fearless. I enjoyed every second of it (24 hours) and Sarah is also NCT teacher so she gives you any information you want in a lovely and relaxed 1 to 1 (or 1 to 2 if your oartner joins) environment. |
