| I don't understand. So many people moan about dog crap on our pavements, but when I have suggested a scheme to do something about it (enforced DNA registration with poo collectors and massive fines for errant owners), I get shot down in flames as an insane dog hating nazi. These morons are not going to stop their dogs crapping on the pavements out of some sense of social consideration. They don't give a toss about how antisocial and selfish it is. So if a practical solution is so unacceptable, maybe we should all stop moaning about it. |
