The Pensions Service are, currently, right. You need 35 years. Any 'extra' years count for absolutely nothing, not a sausage, b^gger all. They figure that the Occupational scheme would be more generous. If of course you can prove that you did not contract out (as you do not have to) then that changes the whole dynamic, but 35 years is still the limit. |
