the upper deck may be more peaceful but it can be a bit away from the action..

the lower deck is more fun if you can locate the right spot ..

there is always the chance of fishy smells in the cabin and being seen getting undressed by peeping toms but after a couple of carafes at the captain's table you wont care about the drawbacks and will have saved a few quid..
