| Michael, that is exactly what I felt. When I first read it I thought 2.7% reduction wasn't much and I read on. Shortly afterwards it started to sink in that what was written was incorrect. Only then did it dawn on me what you have concluded. It is interesting that no-one on here has even slightly agreed with the writer. And who is the writer? You'll have to wait! |
