In many professions there is a fund to help fellow professionals who have fallen on hard times.  I would be amazed if there isn't one for musicians.  But from the posts on here it sounds as though, fiercely independent as she was, she would not have sought out any help or may have refused it even if offered.

I don't think we should condemn the RAM without knowing all the facts.
