I chatted to him a few times years ago when he used to stop at Cafe Rouge for a coffee. He was a welder and worked on film and stage sets, always travelled with the roof down on his old army track and had opera music blaring out, completely at odds with the fact that he dressed like a character from Mad Max. Not seen him around for years though. |
