I tried to buy Karndean floor tiles for my bathroom today. I was told for the measurement I gave I would have to buy 3 packs although I only needed 2 packs and maybe a couple of extra tiles but they are only sold in whole packs. The cost per pack is over £100. I can't believe I am expected to pay for and then have a surplus of almost a third of the tiles I need. Am I right to be annoyed? Does this make any sense? I have e-mailed Karndean and am awaiting their reply just in case there is a way around this. |
