Thanks Allan, for the recommendation. It's always nice to hear from happy customers. I just thought I would contribute to the Thames Water discussion. As far as I am aware it is still the responsibility of the house holder/ free holder for any drains that serve an individual property and that are on that are within that properties boundaries. The only exception is if the drain is shared between more than one property. The last drain before the main sewer has an interceptor (u-bend), and any blockage up to this point will still be the responsibility of the house holder. http://www.thameswater.co.uk/help-and-advice/16500.htm Hope this helps to clear this up. |
