Already emailed Tony. I wonder if they moved it from Gordon road (outside their home) to Sutton Lane South, as the whining was keeping them up.... Although the dog has finally gone quiet now, for some time. Some breeds of dogs, if you put them out early enough so that they acclimatise slowly, will grow a second coat. http://www.loveyourdog.com/cold.html "If your double-coated dog will be living outside during the winter, start putting him outside early in the fall. This will give him time to develop the thick undercoat he needs for warmth." Although the RSPCA are saying the temperatures should not go below 10C, but I bet that's guideline and not law: http://www.rspca.org.uk/adviceandwelfare/pets/dogs/environment/livingoutside "Heating and/or automatic cooling/ventilation, if necessary, so temperatures remain above 10°C and below 26°C." |
