THe question is not where people live, its a question of if you make a decision to opt out of as many local, national taxes as you possibly can, (on a personal and a business level) then what are you subsequently giving up? Or do you retain all rights and alloawances even though you have a made a decision to duck as much tax payments as you possibly can?
The EU does need consistent, more simple and more uniform tax laws - that seems obvious. But, wow, imagine the outcry if someone suggested that Europe can impose constraints on UK tax levels... Nice to see that you seem to be the one hinting at this EU-wide consistent taxation! |
