| Update on the situation: having discovered that my neighbour was definitely in contravention of some restrictions in the lease, I asked my estate manager for the phone number of the owner (her landlord) and he outright refused me. Wouldn't even go down the route of ringing him and asking him to call me...so dead end there. However, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Apparently, her son is actively looking for a home for her to go to live in, because she has said she can't live there any more, which would be the ideal solution as far as I'm concerned! Hopefully, I would get a nice new neighbour - there was a young Japanese girl there before, I love Japanese neighbours, they are always quiet! so fingers crossed. thanks to everyone for your input. |
