| In my experience of a similar situation I found the managing agents and the freeholders to be absolutely useless, perhaps because in my case I was the tenant and the offender was an owner. Fortunately in my case the owner moved out shortly afterwards, perhaps (although unlikely) I went from initially being very amicable about it to complaining vehemently directly to my neighbours, to our concierge, emailing the Residents Association Committee (of whom we were both members) and so on. Hence I'd definitely agree with the suggestion to talk to other neighbours, and for talking to the Council, although from what you've said I fear it would be difficult for the Council to demonstrate there was so kind of statutory nuisance taking place. |
