| Hounslows environmental health team are very good at dealing with noisy neighbours.Give them a call and they will monitor the noise in your flat and take action if necessary. Also, check your lease, most now contain clauses which forbid you causing nuisance to your neighbours.If your lease does have such a clause, it's up to your estate manager to sort it out.No matter what excuses he makes. |
