The Sign has been replaced at the Junction of Staveley Gardens / Riverside Drive. The main road passed the old Cherry Blossom Houses was a private road when the Factory was there. The Old Cherry Blossom Factory was demolished in the Seventies and a Council Estate built between 1978 / 80 on the area the old factory occupied. All of the main part of the road know as Staveley Gardens is the only access the the council estate so was adopted by Hounslow Council when the estate was built.   There are four small spur roads off of Staveley Gardens which were never adopted and remain private parts of Staveley Gardens still today. If it's be found out that the Road was never adopted, then that's got to have been one of the biggest you know what ups in the LBOH history. Also having a very serous side to who pays for what when it comes to maintenance of the road, and making the LBOH Parking controls on the first Sunday of the month non enforceable.
