See front page story re Carlton Road Day Centre.  This is a disgrace.  Personally I doubt there is much we can do to get the decision overturned, as judging by recent cases such as the Gunnersbury Triangle flats, Empire House etc ££ signs speak much louder than the desires of residents or care and compassion for the sick, disabled or elderly but worth a try.
