| Guy - can you look at Harvard Hill W4 and around the drain outside no 1 Wolseley Gdns? The problem is that there are always commuter cars there which make it difficult for the guys to sweep. It really needs signs on Harvard Hill and Wolseley Gardens to clear cars before cleaning. Plus the underpass was swept last week but already it has litter in it and leaves. Users seem to think that the Harvard Hill underpass is a giant litter bin. How do you become a lay assessor? |
