"Ruth Cadbury seems to be made from the same mold." Yes I think Ruth is a good politician and when she is focused she is Tiger Lady. However she has been out of touch for the last few years and is no longer at all effective in community engagement. She has lost her grip and has many ineffective Cllrs around her. |
