MMM, Steve can you tell me how an ICG/Tory administration would have responded to a £60 million cut in Council grant? As I recall thee ICG/Tory administration kept pushing forward their £5 million savings target from year to year. It was left to Labour to clear up the financial mess left by them. And how do would you propose to deal with the next £60 million of grant withdrawal?
