“John Connelly's original attack proved to be seriously deficient in that area. “ I don’t think there was anything wrong with John Connelly’s original post and I thank him for bringing this event to our attention! As he says “After all, all 32 London Boroughs came into being as a result of local government reorganisation 50 years ago, so Hounslow is hardly in a unique position.” What is to celebrate when Hounslow came 31st out of 32 London boroughs for having the second worst primary schools in London according to a new league table for 2014. Hounslow Council should be in mourning not celebrating. What is the future for Hounslow’s children if this Council cannot give them a good grounding in education in our primary schools? It is a pity the Conservative opposition will not, for once, man up, develop a spine, and boycott this event for the farce it is instead of sucking up to the ruling administration. |
