Nonsense. As you well know, if one road opts for a CPZ then the neighbouring roads are affected. Elmwood's problems were largely caused by the unnecessary CPZ on the section of Harvard Road alongside the A4.

Grove Park should decide as a whole, not by salami-slicing road by road. Ideally the Park/Staveley CPZ should be removed as it was brought in on the false premise of displaced commuter parking from Chiswick House car park.
