I just did some calculations and it seems that if by some magic (or revolution) the entire global wealth were divided equally between the 7.29 billion global population we would each be worth about £24,000. Wouldn't get you a garage in Chiswick, but for much of the world's population it would be wealth beyond their wildest dreams. |
