| Lord Harries stands out as a top fellow in my view. He is firmly against fundamentalist creationism; he believes in Evolution. He says that the bible gives people "meaning and purpose" but it is not science. He is firmly in favour of gay partnerships in the church and would like to se an openly gay Bishop. And he takes a very sensitive and understanding line on Euthanasia. He is quite exceptional. |
