I heard on the radio (could have been TV) within the last week, somebody give a name to the act of texting whilst having a face to face conversation with someone. The word was so apt I thought I would commit it to memory. Alas memory has failed me and I am desperately trying to find out the word. Any help? Longshot I know. Basically the person being interviewed referred to the way people gradually drift away from what you are saying whilst talking and become more engrossed in their text. |
