I always think that the last resort is an email every half hour to the CEO or in this case email the leader. Or if no joy text him on his mobile every half hour. He soon get hacked off and get it rectified. Sometimes something that just needs getting put into action by staff or a general complaint where other avenues have failed do normally get resolved pretty quick if no complications are in the way. |
