Here is my view from the whole interview and the goings on hours before in the media and social networks I watched this live and Chuka like usual never gets to the point of the question put to him and in truth a 10 min Q&A on relevant policies needs a flipping hour. A Shadow Minister should be doing better in my view on both sidea of the house. As to the question put to him. I say that this was 12.50 and everyone had read the letter on social media or listened to it over the radio or on TV including myself who picked it up on twitter and then the radio and then Sky news. It was everything everyone was talking about from the early morning. But Chuka had not but was tweeting before about delays on the trains into Victoria and alike but did not pick up on the letter. I find under the circumstances that to be very strange or maybe convenient. Who knows Always in a live interview at the end be asked to comment on something that is headline news that morning. Maybe he will now know that to be the norm even if he should have known and not pre warned. |
