sorry for tupos above, ipad makes it hard to edit i wanted to add, as a non-partisan resident living close to the station that Mary Macleod has put a lot of energy and time into facilitating some improvements, using her connections and trying various ways to move forward via the Gunnersbury Action Station group she set up and from my perspective it is a bit like herding cats considering all the stakeholders involved TfL, NR, Chiswick Towers, LBH, LBE (re the bridge access to Bollo bridge rd which would make it easier for some users of CBP to sue Chiswick Park Station)plus resident groups and others hence it is not as easy as the OP may think Michael R, i have heard the same about Chiswick Towers residental development of the car parks and the reason why it is hardly used is that just a few of the companies occupying CT still have rights to car park spaces, but then, that'll be it - as far as i am aware (not that the development plans would come as a big surprise to most of us, right ?) |
