Do you think that ALL information regarding property transactions is on the internet?

Look at the signage it says Waitrose - initially waitrose traded as Waite, Rose & Taylor and they occupied 190 Acton Lane NW10 for a period in the early 1900's.

And yes they subsequently occupied 263 Acton Hill now named Acton High Street.

I didn't mislead my client anymore than the 2 solicitors involved in this sale last year. As you're aware businesses are multi-sited - even in the early 1900's!

The John Lewis Partnership have just sold their Victoria Road property but still have a substantial distribution hub on Kendall, both of which are within the Park Royal Industrial Estate,Waitrose / John Lewis have always had a substantial presence  in Park Royal.

In conclusion both of us are correct!
