In Hounslow matters winter 2015 it says that wheelies have been given to areas which have the most suitable properties. These properties have to be close together to make the collection rounds as efficient as possible and the most logical collection routes need around 1,500 properties per round for each collection day to make collections efficient. Recycling increased across the trial area by four per cent compared to the rest of the borough. |
