Clearly a lot of residents don't check the Council websites - as witness the amount of rubbish put out on "normal" collection days just after Bank Holidays.

Specifically covering Christmas trees could there not be leaflets handed out by those selling trees locally, eg. Wheelers and the stall outside Carvosso's?
