Consider selling online especially since there are some providers who will arrange appts and viewings.Agents jobs are so easy now when you own a beautiful home and all you are doing when you pay their massive often unearned fee is having the right for the agent to place your propery on Rightmove and Zoopla which are the two sites which probably the buyer first found out about your property, not the agent. If you must throw 20K plus down the drain make sure the agent is a chartered surveyor since RICS does have a code of conduct. |
