If you use (for example) Internet Explorer, it will take you to the site. But Firefox has an optional security setting "Block reported attack sites", which is enabled by default, which will check the site's address against a blacklist, and will display a "Reported Attack Site!" warning if the site is on the blacklist. The list is maintained by StopBadware, a not-for-profit company supported by Google, Mozilla and others.
