When I started a thread about credit card charges in France last May, Brian Coyle stated the following - "It seems that the Halifax Clarity card is probably the best one to use. No cash withdrawal fee, and no fee to use it anywhere worldwide. Moneysavingexpert.com reckons it's the top card for using abroad." I subsequently got a Halifax Clarity Mastercard credit card, which did the job when I was in France in August, although I did not use it to withdraw cash from the ATMs there. |
