Im genuinly interested in your thoughts on where its all heading and the consequences. 7 years ago was looking to buy a 2 bed terrace house in Ruislip Manor They all look like This "manor homes" http://www.ruislip.co.uk/manorhomes/ They were either decent properties at a pound under 250k to stay under a stamp duty level or were Probate properties where the owner had passed away for around £230K,In the end I left it. Now they are up around £440k nuts, how are ordinary people going to afford to get anywhere?Starting out will be impossible,if it isnt allready, Thoughts? |
