"They have closed between Christmas Eve and January 2nd for many years" After all, it is not as if they were trying to serve the public, is it ? In that at least some of the recycling team were away from their desks for three weeks at the height of the wheelie-bin roll-out at the end of November/beginning of December, they must have just had time to look at their bulging in-trays before disappearing again for another spell. Local government suffering from cut-backs ? Don't make me laugh. |
