This year I've frozen some cooked turkey so that we can eat it later in the year.
Our turkey was billed as for a minimum of 5 but I reckon that with all the trimmings we could easily feed double that number for the Christmas meal. Of course we do also want to be able to have turkey sandwiches with lots of bread sauce and cranberry jelly.
As an experiment I would like to see a turkey of the size we had piled on the suggested minimum number of plates to see just how much meat there was on each plate. |
