| Selling, buying, renting, looking to rent? The general rule for selling is don't be talked into paying a high commission and go with somebody local - the business practices of some of the larger chains are often very much against their clients' interests whereas a local independent lives or dies by the reputation of their office in the area so is much more likely to treat you well. |
