I have been called by the bank twice (one debit card, one credit card) in the last month due to suspected fraudulent activity.

I was initially suspicious, but certainly have no recollection what accent (or strength of accent) the bank's representative had on either occasion. Just relieved and reassured to find them so proactive.

Good news Maggie! A relief I'm sure.
