I hate the way that the Ealing website doesn't acknowledge that you have paid. You are left wondering. Stressful. However when I knew there was a problem and left them a message they did phone me. I suspect though that they use a blocked number and that a call that I ran for and missed earlier in the week was from them... Not good enough but could have been worse. This technology can be brilliant when it is set up perfectly and works but when it isn't and then doesn't... |
