It is a well known fact, Hounslow does not want to speak to anyone.The fact the operator put you through to a number is an achievement in itself.Usually if you ring and ask to be put through to a department or person, they will tell you to email or write in, it is virtually impossible to speak to anyone in Fortress Lampton
